Nice Article…may be it might sound a bit strange but i am from India (Mumbai) and currently work in a Bangalore (India) but most of the colleagues (almost 99%) prefer to talk to each other in their regional language and i being from Mumbai (India) dont know their language and try to communicate with them in English but i see myself left out most of the time alone with them discussing enjoying though in their own regional language.
i want to be part of their conversion but then keep quiet return to my desk and then do my work ( ofcourse i am being paid for that) but it always pops me in my mind ” is there something wrong with me “
