Is it really a good idea to write it down? I'm concerned that doing that would distort my idea of what I want to own self. Words are not the real thing, they are clumsy representations that we're unfortunately forced to rely on for speech because we can't use telepathy. I rather picture it all in my head, including representations of what parts are more important to me and what can be sacrificed if necessary(and for what), along with modifications to values depending on things that go together and pictures of suitable substitions to various things if substition is needed, remember that, and use that. Reducing the accuracy of interpersonal communication is unavoidable, but I don't want to reduce the accuracy of intrapersonal communication.

This makes sense. A vision propels you to your destination. Your right, people concentrate more on what they don't walk instead of what they want. I'm still unlearning this habit. Thanks for the article.

This is another masterpiece from Mr. Joshua Uebergang. Once you start reading any of his books, the urge to stop reading vanishes. Great piece.
